The documentator provided initial legal advice and, together with the client, urgently appealed to the chief doctor of the dental clinic. According to the results of the review of the complaint, the doctor was brought to disciplinary responsibility. After that, the documentator referred Kateryna to a friendly doctor who provided her with the necessary medical care.
