Evidence collected in Tajikistan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The REAct system was implemented in Tajikistan in 2020-2021 as part of the regional<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aph.org.ua\/en\/our-works\/eastern-europe-and-central-asia\/resservices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> SoS_project &#8220;Sustainability of Services for Key Populations in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Region&#8221; (2019-2021)<\/a><\/strong>. The implementation of the system was provided by <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spinplus.org\/?fbclid=IwAR17ycloUfq-dc5SmMcf15YaJcTtOb73pvj2Sl-n5N0JUqqijfm89Mp2NSk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NGO &#8220;SPIN-Plus&#8221;<\/a><\/strong> in cooperation with local HIV service and legal public organizations and is coordinated at the regional level by the ICF &#8220;Alliance of Public Health&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting from 2022, funding for the work of the project is provided within the framework of the national grant Global Fund. REActors represent 12 NGOs located in different cities in eight regions of the country. Reactors are scheduled to visit cities and towns in the region in order to collect information and provide services to clients.
