The man explained that the administration of the colony keeps him with healthy convicts, despite the open form of tuberculosis and does not provide any treatment. Igor has not been transferred to a specialized medical institution for three months, explaining that they are waiting for an order from Kyiv because of COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project documentator together with the man filed several complaints to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and made a number of telephone calls to the Government Hotline and the Hotline of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
