{"id":15979,"date":"2023-10-05T23:35:30","date_gmt":"2023-10-05T20:35:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/react-aph.org\/?p=15979"},"modified":"2023-10-05T23:35:31","modified_gmt":"2023-10-05T20:35:31","slug":"ecom-national-report-on-violations-of-the-rights-in-kazakhstan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/react-aph.org\/en\/ecom-national-report-on-violations-of-the-rights-in-kazakhstan\/","title":{"rendered":"ECOM: National report on violations of the rights of gay men, other MSM and trans people in Kazakhstan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ecom.ngo\/library\/violations-rights-kazakhstan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The report<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0was compiled based on the\u00a0<strong>protocol of the National report on violations of the rights of gay men, other MSM and trans people, in particular the right to health.<\/strong>\u00a0The basis for the national report is systematized information on cases of violations of the right to health (cases documented during the year) in Kazakhstan, collected using tools provided by\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ecom.ngo\">ECOM<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and partner initiatives, as well as a brief analysis of the legal environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goal of information collection:&nbsp;<strong>to identify cases of violations of the human rights, in particular the right to health, of gay, bisexual and other MSM, and trans people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result of the analysis,&nbsp;<strong>the main reasons for violations and discrimination were identified, and quantitative data was obtained.
