{"id":15958,"date":"2023-10-05T22:46:18","date_gmt":"2023-10-05T19:46:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/react-aph.org\/?p=15958"},"modified":"2023-10-05T22:46:19","modified_gmt":"2023-10-05T19:46:19","slug":"ecom-national-report-on-violations-in-kyrgyzstan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/react-aph.org\/en\/ecom-national-report-on-violations-in-kyrgyzstan\/","title":{"rendered":"ECOM: National report on violations of the rights of gay men, other MSM and trans people in Kyrgyzstan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ecom.ngo\/library\/violations-rights-kyrgyzstan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The report<\/a><\/strong> was compiled based on the <strong>protocol of the National report on violations of the rights of gay men, other MSM and trans people, in particular the right to health.<\/strong> The basis for the national report is systematized information on cases of violations of the right to health (cases documented during the year) in Kyrgyzstan, collected using tools provided by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ecom.ngo\">ECOM<\/a><\/strong> and partner initiatives, as well as a brief analysis of the legal environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goal of information collection: <strong>to identify cases of violations of the human rights, in particular the right to health, of gay, bisexual and other MSM, and trans people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result of the analysis, <strong>the main reasons for violations and discrimination were identified, and quantitative data was obtained.
