Below are some useful tips to help you get back into the groove:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Daily rituals of joy.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Stress is not always apparent. Even when your life seems calm and stress-free, daily routine activities and responsibilities take up much of your energy. Thus, the rituals that help you ramp up your energy levels and recharge your batteries should also be practiced daily.
