Video about the REAct system"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Starting from February 24, 2022, Russia&#8217;s full-scale military aggression against Ukraine continues. During this time, we observe significant violations of human rights throughout the territory of our country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ICF &#8220;Alliance for Public Health&#8221; is implementing a system of monitoring and responding to human rights violations at the level of communities vulnerable to HIV and TB &#8211; REAct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the full-scale war, we received 2,194 reports of violations of the rights of key communities, 884 of which were directly related to the start of the full-scale war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the difficult conditions, REAct specialists continue to work and help those in need.
