About REAct<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

REAct (Rights \u2013 Evidence \u2013 Actions) is a tool\u00a0 that was developed by Frontline AIDS<\/a> for monitoring and response to human rights violations at community level.<\/p>

The system is implemented by ICF \u201cAlliance for Public Health\u201d with a technical support of Frontline AIDS and financial support of\u00a0 the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>

REAct enables organizations to record cases of human rights violations among key populations and respond to human rights barriers in accessing HIV prevention and treatment, as well as health care services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Registration of cases of human rights violations;<\/li>
    • Provision of support and accompanying the client in response to individual cases of\u00a0 human rights violations;<\/li>
    • Provision of psychosocial, medical, legal and other services directly at the client’s point of contact, or by referral to other organizations;<\/li>
    • Conduction of analysis of documented cases of human rights violations and linkage\u00a0 with access to HIV and other health services;<\/li>
    • Data use for planning and implementing interventions to protect human rights, prevent future cases;<\/li>
