Implementators<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

South-Eastern Europe Regional TB and HIV Community Network (SEE RCN)<\/a><\/strong> is the main implementing partner and regional coordinator, which works in partnership with 5 other nongovernmental organizations<\/strong> in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia<\/strong> to provide a wide range of services to key populations, including legal services and services for women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alliance for Public Health<\/strong> provides technical support for maintaining the database, analyzing the collected information and developing strategic goals for advocacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REAct in Albania<\/strong> is coordinated by the Albanian Association of People Living with HIV \/ AIDS<\/strong><\/a>, with the initials PLWHA is an association of patients, non-governmental, non-profit, based in Tirana that extends its activity throughout Albania. The main goal of the activity is to improve the quality of life for PLHIV by providing services, capacity building for PLHIV for the promotion and protection of PLHIV Human Rights, such as the right to treatment, care, support, education and employment. The aim of the association is to develop and implement joint policies for the benefit of the health and well-being of individuals living with HIV \/ AIDS in Albania. REAct in Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/strong> is coordinated by Partnerships in Health<\/strong><\/a> organization that strives for a human society in which all people have equal and fair access to health, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or political affiliations. The brochure is here<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

REAct in Montenegro<\/strong> is coordinated by CAZAS<\/strong><\/a>, which is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that promotes health, provides support to vulnerable populations, and empowers young people. The brochure is here<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

REAct in Serbia<\/strong> is coordinated by Timok Youth Center<\/strong><\/a>, a nonpolitical, nonprofit, nongovernmental civic society organization aimed at increasing the development of civil society in Serbia, with a precise focus on the youth population. The brochure is here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REact launch in the Balkan region happened in the beginning of 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

REActors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are 11 trained REActors<\/strong>, one-two persons per organization and country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The REActor is an outreach worker, case manager, social worker of an NGO providing services to key groups. Some REActors are lawyers or paralegals, and cases that require more professional legal assistance may be referred to them. Information about violations is communicated to the REActors directly by victims during the receipt of various services (testing for HIV, hepatitis C, hepatitis B, syphilis; syringe exchange; condom distribution; medical services; PrEP; legal services, etc.). Also, REActors monitor closed community groups in social networks in order to reach victims of human rights violations.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
